Cassandra Armand

Westward's Senior Exobiologist

Born in Chicago, Illinois on June 29, 1963. A dedicated career-woman and talented scientist, Cassandra has an established reputation in exomicrobiology. Cassandra is the sort of person who is considered a friend by practically everyone she meets, though she would secretly consider her list of true friends to be quite short. She is not a strong person, but she is extremely focused. Cassandra is highly dedicated to her work, a trait that causes some tension between her and her husband, Wesley Armand. More at home in the laboratory than anywhere else, she comes across as awkward in social situations. Spoilers:

During the events of Episode Two: Epiphany, Cassandra's husband, Wesley, found himself in a pitched battle with the alien entity attempting to destroy Westward. Although Wesley was ultimately to be thanked for the crew's survival, it is evident that Cassandra saw herself as responsible for his being placed in the dangerous situation because of her workaholic habits.
