United Space Group

One of earth's largest companies, USG is a multinational corporation focused on developing technology for space travel, harvesting resources from space, and planting colonies on new worlds. USG has been responsible for many of the most important developments in it's field. The company was founded by an international group of entrepreneurs in 1955, and made history when it successfully introduced the first Space Lift in Brazil in 1961, launching space travel into a new era. USG is a privately held company, though it does work in cooperation with major governments.
