Westward is an Online daily comic strip, published every weekday. It is a character-driven adventure serial in which universe-shaping events are documented over time through the interweaving lives of several people. The story is complex and multifaceted, filled with unexpected twists and surprising revelations.

Westward is science fiction, but it focuses primarily on people, their lives and relationships. In terms of genre, it could be loosely classified as an alternate-history Western apocalyptic space opera inspired by classic sci-fi. Star Trek meets Buffy.

Because of its serial nature, Westward is best enjoyed if you start at the beginning and follow it through.

Westward began in January of 2010 and will conclude in January of 2015, at which point the author plans to continue the story in a new comic series.
