On Westward, truer words have never been spoken. Next week, all those questions lurking in Lamont's dark memories will finally begin to yield some answers. Is it too late to confine Stan to quarters? If this weren't the middle of the night, you could just do an EEG on him to see if he has brainwaves right now. Too late, though. Warp core breach in progress (Friday cliffhanger).

Ok, Panel 2 makes me think that Stan is at least still 'around'. Either reacting to the urgency of his alien mission or to his lack of control.

Never before have I seen a set of doors so very welcoming. I have a terrible feeling that what is going to happen on the other side of them will be so catastrophic, even we readers should be donning radiation suits.

The dramatic angle indicates bad stuff may be about to happen. The most tense cliffhanger so far!

My wife observed that perhaps I went a bit over-the-top in making those doors look ominous. To which I pointed out that I had restrained myself by leaving out the gauntlet of swinging axes.

Swinging axes? That would have made it "teh awesum!!"

You *oould* have put in robot guards with blasters.
