The botanist in the group must be having a field day with the apparent plant life (such as the big mushroom in panel one). I wonder if Carter found plant life on Mars along with the mysterious Phobos?
Carter's experiences on Mars are an important element of Westward's story and will definitely be explored in depth as it unfolds.
Don't think this irreverent, but were you inspired at all by Dr. Seuss in designing this planet's landscape?
Weirdly enough, Dr. Seuss was inspired by the landscape of this planet. It's a long story, though, and it's best not to speak of it.
