Victory?

Catching the creature's attention may have been part of Carter's plan, but I think it's safe to assume that getting electrocuted wasn't. Anyway, what do you suppose Rosemary's going to do now? -e

Ahh, what a delicious page. Though I am a bit disappointed that Rico so rapidly figured out that the critter wasn't really running away from him. D: I'd have taken at least a couple more moments to gloat...
So I'm trying to decide if we are seeing our new buddy Lectrocutus Red actually flying or leaping prodigiously. I would favor the physics of hopping... but I can't tell. The Octotorti spirits appeared to float and appeared to make their possesed do the same. Maybe the same here...?
Spratt x Rico is coming along nicely.

Carter's master plan, "virgin" sacrifice while he plays dead.
I predict an imminent showdown in which mutant-techno-Jack has a climactic confrontation with Carter and/or Rosemary in much the way that "Stan" confronted the personnel in the engine room of Westward. Would tie the last two episodes together nicely...
I love me a prediction!
I predict alien robot will almost kill unconcious Carter, and then Rosemary will reveal herself (but only to comic readers) as a Nazi spy, use secret Nazi alien robot remote controller to make robot go away, and save Carter. A few minutes later the rest of the crew will arrive, but they won't see secret nazi remote controller, thus Rosemary secret will be safe for now.
I'm with Odrzut
Aliens calling. Will Rosemary answer?
Despite being a Nazi, I don't think Rosemary actually has a clear idea of what's going on here, or any direct connection. It seems probable that this smörgåsbord of cybernetic terror is the by-product of some Nazi plan, but Rosemary would only have information on whatever this plan was up to the moment when it left Earth, and it seems that not everything went along as expected.

I am wondering -- what *did* Wells, Faust, and their presumed superiors expect to find out there?..
maybe they expected to find the results of their mistakes from Epiphany, or maybe something else...
I'm thinking these chunks of Berlin that got bitten off during Epiphany arrived here centuries ago, and the whole system has evolved in ways that Rosemary's instructors never prepared her for.
Um... It's presently 200 years before Berlin.
Another ambiguous point or points... is Red the "behemoth" of title, or is there another, larger, in control? It seems many are presuming that Hanging Jack is now more fully transformed and is now in fact the Red attacker, but recall that when Red first brought us the KRONG event, our heroes had just found Hanging Jack, and presumably were WITH the body when Red was at work back at the Elevator. Is Jack yet to show himself again, backing up or perhaps at odds with Red? Could he eventually bring what's left of his human psyche to bear to save our hapless troop? It does appear that it will take more than Edjamin tech to fight Red.
At Behemoth Outfitters, Inc....

I don't think chunks of Berlin were sent to other worlds -- but some sort of Nazi occult magi-tech artefact seems to lie at the heart of Epiphany events. Since we've seen that Escherspace allows travel through both space and time, the amount of time separating our explorers here from the Epiphany on Earth is... relative. :P

We haven't seen what Hangin' Jack is up to yet -- only that he's left the place where he was hangered. I speculate he's en route to attack the colony, but I think the idea that his last shreds of humanity may stop him in the nick of time and lead him to save everyone from the original monster is a good one, fully in accord with the tropography we've been seeing so far. I would also expect that the moment at which he regains his senses (to some minimal extent) will be when his wife positions herself between him and the other colonists, and we will see a Jack's-eye-view of her face, perhaps combined with some anguished memories.

Hmm... I think I know what the medic in charge of "Behemoth Outfitters" might have looked like...

Well, I have NOT been having a lot of luck linking to images lately! I had in mind, of course, the dashing young medical professional here: http://www.gamingunion.net/news/team-fortress-2-comedy-continues-with-meet-the-medic-video--5548.html
Maybe the Outfitters can give our captain a new leg, better to kick as well as walk with.
Captain Carter with a peg leg would just be so awesome. I'm not sure I'll be able to resist that one.
