"Six o'clock! Get that thermos to the captain NOW!"
*dies*
Time to fire the Captain's thermos at the creature. Maybe a good, hot blast of coffee is what it needs to start its day...of killing and mayhem.
I love a gun with a curly cord on it.

Yeah. Looks like a hair drier.
Look at the size of that gun Whit's holding. What's that thing, a Desert Eagle? It looks like the recoil on it would just rip her hand off.
Based on previous comics it's more like a S&W 422 than Desert Eagle. Though it's larger than the 422, has a little extra barrel showing, and the ejection port is near the rear of the gun.
Chances are it's not based off anything specific.

I'd like to see that air-tazer-ghost-buster-cannon in use.
Great comic so far.

This swastika found everywhere - is it established it's nazi? Cause nazi had it rotated 45 degree, and this isn't.

It could totaly be Hindu symbol. They have some weird mythology with interplanetary travel and mass destruction weapons.

I drew the gun as large more for effect than anything else—I wanted it to look too large for her. I hope you won't judge me too harshly on the particulars—I tend to get terribly bored drawing mechanical objects. The handguns the crew of Westward uses are supposed to be more or less based on a 1912 9mm.

Thanks, Odrzut! The Nazi element has been strongly hinted but not established. It's cool that you have historical anomalies like Mohenjo Daro and the weird passages in the Mahabharata in mind. So do I...

Wow, John—that's different.
The same, I thought. Just a one-stop that covers the point of the point...
