Not Ready to Die

12 Comments:

Uh oh. Unless I miss my guess, the last panel means something's coming. Something distinctly unpleasant.
Tomorrow on Westward:

"Seņor Spratt, according to the readings on this panel...we are screwed"

or

"Seņor Spratt, the readings on the screw-o-meter are off the charts!"

or

Estaves, what does the screw-o-meter say about our screw-level?

It's over 9000!!!

*Spratt looks at the screen*

I guess this is the part where I'm supposed to say it's been a honour to have known you...but we both know that wouldn't be true
Meanwhile...

"Captain! I think you should take a look at this! There's a strange man staring at me from the other side!"

Also, I have a Westward poster! :D It is the "year we break free" poster. Of course it actually arrived ages ago, and in a very timely manner, but there were various delays on my own side. I am quite fond of the sharp and crisp retro-awesome image! The simple black, blue, and white colours stand out wonderfully. The poster is made out of very high-quality paper. My main complaint is that the paper is too high in quality! This makes it heavy! Also, doubtless because it knows its own worth, the poster tends to roll up into a protective [s]ball[/b] cylinder whenever it senses danger. My plan to hang it up on one of my several walls with two pieces of old sticky-tack will require revision! This is definitely a job for a frame and glass, which will take time to smelt and assemble. However, this will only serve to accent the poster's prettiness in the end, and I think it will look excellent in a dark frame. :) I would however request that a version of the poster also be manufactured on thin, light, low-quality paper! I would then purchase another copy as well.
I think I will never try to use BBCode ever again. It is simply too [i]complex[/b] for me.
Homunclus: I laughed out loud at the third scenerio. It reminds me of This is Spinal Tap:

Rico: The screwed-o-meter is all the way up to eleven! How much more screwed can we get?
Edjamin: None. None more screwed.

Meh.Aloe: Please accept my humble and sincere apologies for the high quality of your Westward poster. I'm considering also offering these posters on Deviant Art, which I presume will offer lower quality prints at the same price for a higher share of the profit. :D
Yaay! :D
Couldn't find a good "screw-o-meter" so I had to settle for the t-shirt.

People leaning over a monitor and asking you to come take a look is usually not a good sign...
Unless it's the latest trailer for Prometheus. Which you really should look at.
Or kittens.
Or kittens.

Of course! Now that I take a closer look at that last panel...

I have a bad feeling about this.-Star Wars
