Westward is a comic strip about a crew of space explorers in the dizzying future of 1999. It's an adventure serial that follows the lives of several characters, and since it's updated every weekday, a lot has happened in the past ten months. But don't let that stop you—the story is really just getting started! Spend some time in the archives and I can almost guarantee you'll get hooked. You can also find a brief overview in the information section.So what's the idea behind Westward? Well, it's a drama told through the lives of people...relatively ordinary people who find themselves in an extraordinary situation. It's part adventure, part soap opera. It's a very big story told on a generally intimate level. It's a little bit Star Trek, a little bit Lovecraft, a little bit Indiana Jones.
